Facility Availability:
The Coatney Center for Philanthropy is available on Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm at no charge for Nonprofit Organizations to be used for trainings, seminars, workshops and meetings.
Reservations:
All reservations are made on a first come first serve basis by contacting Carla Mouton at the Foundation by phone (985) 893-8757 or e-mail cmouton@northshorefoundation.org.
Reservations for the space must be finalized 7 days prior to event by completing and faxing the Policies and Procedure document to the Foundation at (985) 893-8759.
Notification of cancellation should be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled date.
Cleaning and Damages:
The nonprofit is responsible for leaving the room in the condition it was found. Normal cleaning includes removal of brought in training materials and the picking up of cups and plates and disposing them in the trash can provided. Any left-over food must be removed from the premises.
Hold Harmless:
The nonprofit organization agrees to hold harmless the Northshore Community Foundation and all those affiliated with this agency in the event of any personal injuries, loss of life, theft or damages resulting from the use of the Northshore Community Foundation’s Coatney Center for Philanthropy and/or property.
It is recommended that the nonprofit obtain reasonable liability insurance prior to use of the Northshore Community Foundation’s Coatney Center for Philanthropy’s facilities and/or property.
