The Chevron Community Fellows program focuses on a small group of community leaders who serve mission-based organizations and works to empower them to make a greater impact on their organizations and the Region as a whole. The individuals selected to participate in this program have demonstrated a commitment to serving the Northshore while also having a broad base of transferable skills with a willingness to work collaboratively toward shared goals.
Outcomes of this initiative are to create collaborative, opportunities-based subject matter for the Fellows to meet and develop shared objectives and work plans; Create training and development opportunities for the entire cohort to network and skill-build; Link and provide Fellows with external community leaders to mentor, aid and further develop their skills, based on individual identified needs.
