Coatney Conference Room

Thanks to our deeply generous donor, Mr. Doyle Coatney, the Coatney Conference Room is a conference room which can accommodate up to 25 people, but is most comfortable for 20, for any local nonprofit gathering FREE of charge. (Priority bookings go to nonprofit members of the Foundation.)


New to Coatney Conference booking? Here is where you start.

ELIGIBILITY:

Nonprofit Members:
- Priority use
- 12 hours per calendar year
- Additional use upon room availability

Nonprofit Nonmembers:
- 4 hours per calendar year upon availability
- Additional use upon room availability

For-profit Organizations:
- $50 fee charged per hour; however, upon the discretion of NCF, the fee may be waived due to prior membership relations
- Use only upon room and staff availability

GUIDELINES: Coatney Center Use

- Scheduling in 2-hour increments
- 2 months advance notice
- All scheduling of the Coatney Center is a first come, first served basis. We will try to accommodate as best as possible; however, that is why we ask to request the conference room 2 months in advance.
- Meeting schedule within the 9am-3pm timeframe to allow for set up and breakdown
- No parking in Northshare parking lot unless you are a current Northshare tenant
- The Northshare parking lot is limited and reserved for tenants, so we ask that you utilize the street parking and Justice Center parking lot.
- All food and beverage should be brought in by user, unless otherwise prearranged with NCF staff. Full clean up, including waste removal is the responsibility of the user.

AVAILABILITY: FIRST, check the calendar... then send us a reservation request!

     1) Fill in the below form and make a reservation request,

     2) Let us know if you have specific A/V needs or if food will be present,

     3) Your event is not booked until you receive a verification email and have signed and returned the Policies/Procedures form.
