The 10th Annual BooFest event, put on by ACCESS is scheduled for Saturday, October 26th from 9am-3pm outside Lakeview Regional Medical Center. Your participation and sponsorship in past years' events has helped make Boo Fest the huge success it has been -- seeing over 3,000 attendees our first year balloon to over 10,000 attendees each of the last four years!

This "spook-tacular" event aims to have children of all abilities -- disabled and able-bodied alike -- Trick or Treat alongside one another, stopping at over 70 "Haunted" Houses and Castles "expertly" decorated by sponsors like you. Since its inception 10 years ago the event has raised funds for local families of children with disabilities -- allowing ACCESS to give out financial grants totaling nearly $250,000 to families of children with disabilities for items not covered by insurance and/or Medicaid such as wheelchairs, adaptive car seats, adaptive bicycles/tricycles, car/home/van modifications, and other adaptive equipment and assistive devices.

This year, there are many sponsorship levels are available for you and your business -- ranging from $250 to $5,000 -- all with varying perks. These perks can include sole sponsorship of ONE OF THE SIX "Trick or Treat Neighborhoods” -- or other options such as: sole sponsorship of the Event Stage, the popular Costume Contest, the Arts & Crafts station, and other prominent components of BooFest. Of course, sponsorships of individual Trick or Treat "Haunted" Houses and Castles remain as well!

Sponsor sign up can be done through one of the following three methods:
1. Click Here to download and mail in the sponsor form

2. Complete the form online at www.accesslouisiana.org with payments accepted via Paypal, credit card, or check

3. By phone via Northshore Community Foundation at 985-893-8757. Sponsorships are going fast so sign up asap to ensure you’ll once again be a sponsor

Just like last year, don't forget to decorate your "Haunted" House or Castle as you compete against fellow sponsors to win CA$H awards and coveted “BooFest notoriety” as the best of the best in the decoration categories of "Scariest," "Most Original," and the coveted "Kids Choice" Award.

As always, 100% of all proceeds from BooFest – including your sponsorship -- go toward our non-profit, ACCESS, as we deliver on our mission provide financial grants to the families of children with disabilities for items of need denied by private insurance or Medicaid.
